The customer is required to accurately examine the goods received at the time of delivery and to communicate in detail to Carelettronica.com, within 8 (eight) days of delivery, any defects found - or verifiable - on the outcome of this examination, namely to propose any other complaint in relation to the products.
No item will be returned without the receipt of the return authorization number by Carelettronica.com. This authorization will have a duration of 1 month from its issue. Returns are not allowed for software, for calibration services, for products marked with the "P" symbol and for products related to the extended offer (noncatalog), except for errors not attributable to the Customer. The products to be returned to Carelettronica.com must be packed in such a way as to preserve the integrity of the original packaging. They must not have been used and must be returned in the same conditions in which they were received.
Products returned under warranty
If possible, Carelettronica.com will replace the products, reimburse the relative price or make use of the assistance of partners selected by the manufacturers for the repair of the same, if, despite a correct and diligent use by the customer, defects are found.
How to make a return?

- Once logged in, you will find your order history for the previous 13 months. Select the order
- containing the products to be returned and click on the link supplied.
- If the order was placed online, you will find all the information already filled in. Check the correctness of the data, select the reason for the return and send your request.
- In the case of orders placed by fax, telephone or e-mail, you will be provided with a white form at the bottom of the page, which must be completed with the requested data.
- After completing the online return request, you will receive an e-mail notification with the label to be used for the return and the return authorization number to be attached to the goods together with the return note on letterhead.
